One thing I'm big on is "Vitamin N" aka spending time in nature. It's a great way to get your steps in, reduce your cortisol (stress hormone), spend time with loved ones and friends, have quiet time to meditate on whatever important decisions you are currently facing in life, etc.
I recently came across the "Fall Colours Report" published by the provincial government.
It tells you both what percentage of the leaves have changed colour and fallen to the ground at various provincial parks throughout the province. Unfortunately it does not have data on municipal parks or national parks, but it gives you a good idea of what the situation is like in different areas throughout Ontario.
Whether you want to plan a weekend trip to somewhere like The Bruce Peninsula, Algonquin Park, or the Kawarthas, or you want to take a day trip to somewhere closer like Bronte (to the West) or Darlington (to the East) this is a helpful guide to help you get your timing right!
