Our Core Mission
3 Seasons helps seasonal sports enthusiasts raise their ceiling.
When you are injured, weak, or have difficulty recovering from a full day of activity, it hampers your ability to participate in the sport you love.
We plan your entire year in the gym around the seasons of your chosen sport (pre-season, in-season, off-season), so that you can:
-
heal injuries
-
prepare your body
-
perform your chosen sport at a high level
-
increase strength, mobility, stamina and energy
We teach you how to take care of your body so that it will empower you to do the activities you love, at the level you desire, for as long as you want.
Our Promise: We will always provide a professional, personalized experience that prioritizes the client at all times. No predatory contracts, no hard selling, no double billing. Just trainers who genuinely care about your quality of life, and believe that our approach and results are the best advertisement possible!
A Message From Our Founder
At age 22, I injured my back playing intramural basketball, and then at age 23, because of not properly rehabbing my injury, I was benched in the finals of my competitive hockey league. I had a friend from high school who often joked how he was “retired” from basketball because of his bad knees. Would I have to join him in “retirement”? 23 seemed too young an age to stop participating in hockey, the sport I loved so much and had been playing my entire life. That summer I resolved to heal my back injury and return better than ever – and I did! This sparked a lifelong interest in exercise and nutrition.
Shortly after my call to the bar I decided to leave my legal career and pursue my interest in health and fitness. It bothered me that so many people are forced to give up the activities that bring them so much joy and fulfillment because they’re bodies are no longer capable. That for so many the pain of a broken body overpowers the joy of a beloved sport is something I want to fix.
3 Seasons was founded so that seasonal sports enthusiasts can continue to do the activities they love as long as they so choose. If you “retire” from an activity or sport, we want it to be because you decided to move on and pursue other interests, and not because pain/injury has forced you to give up your passion.

Jacqui Warnock
Specialist Coach
My fitness journey started for all the wrong reasons. I wanted to become thin so people would like me. That was important to me at that time in my life because I had low self-esteem and no confidence. I didn’t realize then that what I was looking for from others I could only get from myself.
My journey into fitness expanded into bodybuilding. I learned new ways of training, worked hard and even won the INBA New South Wales State Championship in Women’s Bodybuilding! The next stage in my journey was weightlifting. I had to expand my understanding of training again to participate in what was for me a whole new discipline. I was so happy with the results I was getting in the gym, I started entering weightlifting competitions.
As I started to achieve more, both in the gym and at the competitions, I started to notice a positive difference in my confidence and my belief in myself! As my fitness journey progressed, what others thought of me mattered less and less and I started to love myself more and more.
This change in attitude, one that still causes me to pinch myself every now and then, also made me start thinking about my whole self and exploring other ways to feel better about my whole self. That led to in-depth learning about nutrition and its impact on both physical health and self-esteem. This began with an internship at the Clean Health Institute in 2016, and most recently with the completion of my Precision Nutrition Level 1 in 2020.
I am constantly learning new ways to improve my whole self so that I can help my clients travel on the same journey to physical and emotional wellness. If it wasn’t for my fitness journey, my life could have gone in a very different direction. Instead, I’m happy!

A Letter from Marwan
Hi, I’m Marwan El Wali, Senior Coach at 3 Seasons Personal Training. I’m here to help you reach your fitness goals faster and safer, and to make it more enjoyable.
I know how hard it can be. I’ve been there before with no guidance. Growing up I was overweight – I wanted to change, but had nothing but my desire to change, improve and feel great. Then one day in Phys. Ed class I was introduced to the principles of weight lifting. Once I held that weight in my hands, I immediately felt a connection and everything changed for me.
I did not know what I was doing at first but really had the desire to learn. I started researching online, asking questions, reading fitness magazines, watching videos and I applied that knowledge to change my body and how I felt.
After a year of being committed and consistent, I was no longer overweight and I was one of the strongest guys in high school. I was surrounded by people and friends who praised me all the time for my accomplishments, and I would get compliments by random strangers on how great I look and that made me feel great.
20 years later, **I still look forward to my next workout and I will never stop**.
I graduated from IT but my love for fitness made me want to pursue a career where I can help people and make a difference in their day to day lives. For 6 years now, I’ve been helping clients reach their goals and being the support they need.
When my wife got pregnant she was very worried about all the stories she heard associated with back and joint pain due to pregnancy. I started training her, focusing on all the problem areas associated with pregnancy, and she never had any problems with her back, joints or core strength during and after the pregnancy.
My favourite exercise is Deadlifts, because it’s a true measurement of strength and provides a full body workout. For the longest time, all I wanted is to lift the heaviest possible weight and be the biggest I can get and I accomplished that. I reached 260 pounds and I lifted a 585 pound deadlift which was my goal for a long time. But with that came some problems, my joints would hurt all the time and then I got Sciatica.
I’m 37 now and my priorities changed. I want to have healthy joints, be pain free and have lots of energy to play with my little boy. So in the past year, I worked really hard and I feel better than ever and I also lost 75 pounds.
